What is Couples Therapy?
Relationships are not always easy, and sometimes having a professional support us with challenges we are facing can be helpful.

Some of the common relationship challenges are: a loss of intimacy, communication difficulties, coping with stress challenges, financial pressures, boundary violations, difficulty balancing individual and couple expectations, divorce, separation, and breaking up.

Couples Therapy focuses on the intimate relationships in your life.
​
In this therapy, I work with you as a couple. Couples session are 1.5 hours long to give more time for both individuals in a session.
